If you're running the latest BIOS released for you motherboard, you should be able to enter your BIOS and just load the X.M.P. profile. Save and reboot.

If that doesn't work out we can manually enter the settings.

thanks so much it runs at 1600 mhz and i updated the bios to F4. but in windows easy tune 5 program the multiplier always changes from 2,3,4,5,...,24. is it a problem???

No that isn't a problem. I'm assuming that all of your other BIOS settings were left at default values.

That means that Intel Speed Step and Intel Turbo Technology are both still enabled - hence "on the fly" adjustment of your CPU multiplier and resulting CPU frequency.

If you don't want to utilize these heat reducing/energy saving features you can always disable those features in the BIOS.

        Regards,

all of my settings in BIOS at default (auto) except xmp profile i am new in these kind of mobo`s. thanks for your help, i was worried about the cpu speed cause it decreased so much like 267 mhz if you say so i dont need to worry. i understood that it is kind of auto mhz mode.
