F3-12800CL6T-6GBPI compatibility with Rampage III Extreme

Hello, this is my first post.

I'm building a new rig. Can you tell me if memory kit F3-12800CL6T-6GBPI (6GB, 1600Mhz, 6-8-6-20@1.6V) is compatible with Asus Rampage III Extreme mobo?

And can you tell me if heatsinks are removable? I'm planning to buy the Megahalems CPU cooler with 2 Nidec GT fans, and don't know if that big cooler will cover the ram slots.

No problem at all, should work very well.

The heatsinks are removable, but they can void your warrranty. So make sure they are working well before you remove them. Also, keep the heatspreaders because we may allow it.

Megahalem should have no problem with this memory. It does not get in the way of memory slots. ;-)
