Having problems w/ my Asus P7P55D Pro Motherboard.

They have asked me for the voltage, frequency, and timing to my Gskill ram (F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL) or see link to Newegg item below.

Can anyone help? This is my first build and any help would be appreciated.

Enable XMP Profile and it should be fine. The memory specifications are on the memory.
