Cold boot problems with F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL

Motherboard: Gigabyte 890GPA-UDH3 rev 1.0 - F7 bios
Memory: F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL DDR3-1600
CPU: Athlon II X3 435

Hello,
My computer has random bsod's after my computer has been turned off for a day. Once it warms up for awhile it will start working. If I leave the computer on 24/7, everything works fine.

I'm using the SPD ram settings and I've even tried using the third and fourth ram slots on the motherboard but it made no difference.

Please send the memory in for a new kit and that should solve the problem. Also, for DDR3-1600, you will need to raise CPU-NB Voltage +0.1V
