If you go higher, you run outside the "guaranteed" stability and reliability window. It is on your own risk. You can overvolt it but you reduce its lifespan.
Generally your safe up to about + .1 with GSkill sticks. Things to keep in mind are higher voltage = higher heat, not only the sticks themselves but the surrounding area also (components,air, etc) so you'll want good cooling airflow. Depending on the mobo and CPU can also have adverse effects on the CPU MC/NB MC.
