Is there really a difference between the FA-8500CL7D and F3-8500CL7D?

I have a MacBook Pro i5. I'm looking to upgrade to 8GB of Memory.

I see that there is a F3-8500CL7D-8GBSQ and a FA-8500CL7D-8GBSQ. The FA model says for Macs but looking at the technical specs the only real difference I can see is that the packaging is Apple branded and it costs $30 more.

Can anyone explain the differences between these modules other than the aforementioned?

They are produced/tested on Apple computers, which is the main difference besides the nice black box. =)
