amd + trident

I have
m/b :ASUS M4A89GTD Pro/USB3
Cpu: AMD Phenom II 1090T

& wanna purchase a dual channel trident series
G.Skill PC3-12800 "Trident" 8192 MB
1600 MHz
1,65 V
CL=7
8-7-24

I'm wondering would it work on the system, since it's dual channel & yet i dont know how to do timings or anything related to tweak systems i wonder which would be best that would work on. If it could.

You have great hardware, it will work flawlessly. You will need to input those settings you listed in BIOS, but once it's done, your system will be fast. =)
