Serious problem with RAM F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL

Hi folks ... I have a serious problem ... I bought some G. Skill RAM DDR3 4GB (2x2) 1600MHz ... the problem is: I get the famous blue screen when I put the RAM in DUAL CHANNEL, but if I put only a 2GB module I have no problems. I thought it was one of the RAM that was faulty, but I tried each in different modules (I have 4 modules) and had no problems. And when I put the two 2GB modules, I have no problems at first, but when I leave the PC off a long time and I turn, I start to appear blue screen and I have a lot of instability ... and remove the RAM I have q and q change from place to stop ****ing.
