EVGA Classified 200 P55 and F3-17600CL7D-4GBPIS , 1.99GB usable.

I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate x32, and it only shows 1.99GB usable memory out of 4GB. I can't find setting in BIOS to run these memory at stock speed. Please helppppp....

Try enabling memory hole or disable remapping to see if that makes a difference.
