F3-12800CL9D-4GBNQ registering as 1333MHz?

Hi,

I bought 4 GB of this and it seems to work fine, but for some reason it's registering as 1333MHz.

My specs:
RAM: G.Skill F3-12800CL9D-4GBNQ
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-MA770T-UD3P
CPU: AMD Phenom II x4 955 BE

Can anyone help me get it to register as 1600MHz? I'm a bit of a n00b when it comes to ram.

You will need to set it in BIOS.

System Memory Multiplier should be x8.00 for DDR3-1600

Make sure timings are tCL 9 - tRCD 9 - tRP 9 - tRAS 24 - Command Rate 2

DRAM Voltage 1.50V
CPU-NB Voltage +0.1V and that should get everything up to speed.

If you buy 4 more GB, you may need to reduce the frequency to DDR3-1333 with 8-8-8-24 timings. Your CPU and motherboard may have a hard time supporting 8GB at DDR3-1600
