BIOS config ASUS Maximus III Formula

After installing my G.Skill F3-12800CL7D-4GBRM it is only registering as 1333 and 9 settings instead of the 7 that it is suppose to run at. I bought two sets so I am running 8gb in dual channel. Can anyone help me with what the timings should be set at to get the 1600 rating and be stable??
