  • Ripjaws 4GB DDR3 1600 F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL detected as DDR3 1333 (+picture)

Both modules are stable at 800 MHz and XMP enabled. AMD Overdrive and CPUZ reports look okay and just what I'd expect from DDR3 1600 memory. Everest and BIOS (on Auto timing, but they're now on Manual timing) still detect the memory as DDR3 1333, however.

Screenshot of all the reports except for the BIOS:

Please note that while the speed is at 800MHz, I changed the timings to the lowest, stable values possible, instead of the usual 9-9-9-24 (I tried those already and Everest still thinks they're DDR3 1333 modules).

Is this just an error in Everest's software?

No, those are the suggested values, not what it is actually operating at. Based on your CPU-z and AMD OD, everything is running fine. =) Enjoy!

    Thank you
