Correct Settings - Ram G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 PC3 12800

I could not seem to find the answers for All the correct settings of this ram.I e-mailed the manufacturer.G-skills response time was less then 2 hoursI want to post this for anyone using this ram that may have questions on settings.
