  • F3-12800cl9d-4gbnq + m4a78t-e

Model of the motherboard: ASUS M4A78T-E
    Model of the memory: F3-12800CL9D-4GBNQ
Model of the CPU: AMD PHENOM II X4 955 B.E.

This is my first build. It randomly blue screens. I manually adjusted the RAM in BIOS according to multiple sources such as a Newegg.com review (9-9-9-24-2T). I used Memtest86+ on both sticks and found several errors with one stick. The other stick was fine. I'm guessing this is defective RAM. I just need someone to confirm before sending the stick in for RMA.

Sounds like it, could you post your BIOS settings for a look see. If it is a bad stick, will want to contact GSkill for an RMA, they generally will do a single stick so you can stay up and running...they should be in Monday

Pls offer comments on support I provide, HERE, in order to help me do a better job here:

If one stick is performing differently than the other, then you will surely need to send it in for a new replacement.

        Thank you
