Model of the CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 945 Deneb 3.0GHz Socket AM3 95W Quad-Core Processor Model HDX945WFGMBOX
BIOS: M4A89GTD PRO BIOS 0402, Flash BIOS tool under DOS. Version 1.12
OS: Windows 7 pro
I spoke with ASUS Tech Support, They suggested I contact Mfrg. for bios setting as the setting might have changed for this MoBo. (Thats what he said. This model of memory was listed on on the ASUS site as compatible with this MoBo.
This is my first time taking the time to set up memory in the bios, I always just plugged them in .
I have not booted anything up yet because I am waiting for my IT department to get back with me so I can get a free license of windows 7 Pro for students.
