Will 12GB (3 x 4GB) work for me - Intel DX58S0?

Hi there. I have Intel DX58SO (X58) board with 3+1 memmory slots. I can use only first three slots so to get to 12GB I need 3 sticks of memory. I found on newegg G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL9S-4GBRL but it's listed on your site with P55 boards only. Will it work for me?
I'm doing only slight overclock bumping PCI bus from 133 to 150 - that's all.
