In the dead center of the heatspreader there is a threaded hole, what is this for? is there a waterblock or fan unit that can utilize these holes?

i'm guessing the tech's are stumped? i've always applauded gskill for actually having true techs, where most other company's have "book readers" you know the type, wouldn't know one socket from another, when i think of tech support i think of some1 that knows the in's and out's of their companies products and has tinkered with them, not someone who reads from a set "tech sheet"Comment

No, unfortunately it is just the way it was designed. There is no factory made cooling.
