DDR3 1600 for GA-MA790XT-UD4P

CPU: Phenom II X3 720
MB: GA-MA790XT-UD4P

I am planning to upgrade to 4GB, but I am having trouble deciding between the two G.Skill DDR3 1600 4GB Kit. Between the eco-friendly DDR3 and the ripjaws DDR3, which kit is better? I know the eco-friendly has lower voltage, but do the heatsink and quality as good as the ripjaws series? I have read that I won't be able to do CL7, but will I be able to at least do CL8 stable?

Have you enabled the 4th core on your CPU and what speed do you plan to run it at? Both those items can/could affect your choice, , think I'd suggest the Ripjaws w/ your CPU/Mobo combo.

I am running 3 cores @ 3.6GHz NB @ 2400MHz. My current ram is running at 2X1GB 1333MHz 6-6-6-15-11-1T @ 1.95v. Wouldn't the eco-friendly's lower voltage allow more head room than the ripjaws?
