  • XMP set my RAM timing to.....

I recently built a new system (sig) and the memory F3-10666CL7D-4GBRH 1.5V was recognized by the system and set the DRAM timing control to
    1st Info 9-9-9-24-4-74-10-7-20

    2nd info 1N-52-53

    3rd info 5-5-10-10-10-10-7-6-4-7-7-4

Now I must confess at this point I didn't know (and still don't) know what this means but I remembered a post where the G.Skill Tech said to set the Ai Overclock Tuner to XMP and that's it. Well this is what I did and the BIOS appeared to set the ram to 1333mhz. 7-7-7-21-3N 1.5V which is what this memory is. Have I done this correctly or am I missing something?
    Any comments would be appreciated.
    Thanks
    Jim

Nope, you followed instructions correctly, so I presume everything is working properly? Should be a fast system with DDR3-1333 CL7. Low Voltage for the win too.

    Thank you

Thanks very much for the help. The Windows 7 thingy that reports system efficiency says 7.4 so I guess that's good!
