Bios config?

Hello. I've been trying to overclock for a while, but I'm constantly getting a bsod. What would be the fastest config for these specs? (timings, etc) (I have a store bought heatsink for the processor btw)

or atleast a good config for the memory to oc (timings and stuff)

Simply set the memory to DDR3-1333. Memory timings tCL 9 - tRCD 9 - tRP 9 - tRAS 24 - Command Rate 2. Memory Voltage 1.50V. Save and exit, everything should run just fine.
