When I ordered these items I didn't do enough research into the limitations of the processor and DDR3 1600 Ram.

I'm really new to building PC's and understanding timings for memory.

Obviously I get a blue screen when trying to run the RAM at DDR3 1600

I'd really appreciate some tips for the BIOS settings for the RAM. It's presently running at default DDR3 1333 but I just want to make sure that the timing settings are correct.

Any help appreciated in advance.

I certainly learned a lesson about doing more research in the future before purchasing components.

Simply use 8-8-8-24 and everything should be fine. If you continue to have issues, you may want to try increasing HT Voltage to 1.30V and NB Voltage 1.20V.
