How to configure G.Skill F3-12800CL9-2GBNQ to run at 1600 MHz on Asus M4A785TD-V EVO

I guess I should have added that I have all the settings except the speed set to "Auto" in this catagory in bios as I've no idea what to do with them. When I tried to set the command rate to 2t from the overdrive program my computer froze a couple of times so I set it back to 1t there. I figure it must need to be done in bios but didn't see the option.
