Thank you very much it works perfectly.
I have everyday programs which i open on startup and work with, this is my observation.
When I set command rate to 1T:
-better in multitasking and faster as a group of programs when they need to do stuff in group
-but slow as one really slow (when u work primarily more or a lot on one program)
When I set command rate to 2T(which I`m right now):
-My everyday routines work and so on its like 6-10 % faster in any aspect
-Now I boot into Windows 7 without SSD or Raid 28 sec (ou yeah)
-In Linux 20 sec
P.S - What are your voltages RAM NB. Thanks.

DRAM Command Rate:
Impostazioni possibili 1T Command, 2T Command, 3T Command, Auto
Impostazioni consigliate: A valori inferiori corrispondono prestazioni migliori.
Ti volevo chiedere, quale processore hai montato?
See ya

Command Rate (CMD): The command rate specifies how many consecutive clock cycles need to be sent to the memory modules before the modules can send data. Because wires often have natural capacitance on them, sometimes it takes longer for a wire to transition from a 1 to a 0. The CMD setting is typically one or two clocks and can often be adjusted between the two. It's represented as 1T or 2T.
Strong influence on stability, strong influence on memory bandwidth.
Recommended settings: lower values correspond to better performance.
However testing with benchmark the best result in the loss 1T.
Regarding the voltage, I left the setting to AUTO. Then checking with the software EVEREST, the same appears to be 1.58v, so even slightly below the recommended settings from the manufacturer.
If your PC is stable with this setting, leave it that way. If it is not (see blue screens, restarts, etc. ..) you must manually increase the values (I prefer the BIOS, others by AOD) Stepp with a time until you have the stability of the system (the council up to 10% nominal value, not to have damage or overheating, unless you have additional heatsink fan on the ram).

And then, it needs set up DRAM CONTROLLER CONFIGURATION.
This is my set up:
bank interleaving AUTO
channel interleaving AUTO
enable clock DISABLE
mem clk tristate ENABLED
memory hole remap ENABLED
dct unganged mode ALWAYS
page smashing BOTH
dcq max bypass AUTO
bank swizzle mode ENABLED
Contact administrator and you ask about this setting. If there are any problems or incorrect set up, reply to me.
