Yes, at each "cold boot", first task I do is booting with my memtest86 CD and EACH TIME, a lot of errors detected by memtest.
If I stop the PC completely (OFF button), and restart, memtest is OK for hours (no errors).
The problem is easy to reproduce on my PC. At each cold boot, Memtest reports bunch of errors.
