Configuration:
Motherboard: ASUS P7P55D
BIOS Ver: 915
RAM:2*2Go #F3-10666CL8-2GBHK
CPU: Intel, Lynnfield, Core i7 750
No OC, "auto" settings for RAM.
I have the same symptoms as several others.
At "Cold Boot', systematically, System crashes (Win 7 32 bits).
When I run Memtest86 v4.00 at "cold boot" : bunch of errors.
Then when I stop the PC completly and then restart, PC is rock stable no problem at all.
Here is what I obtain with CPU-Z when system is stable :
Chipset

Have any clue to cold boot reliably and maintain a stable PC at first boot ?
Please Help.
Thanks in advance,
