Settings for Dual Channel F3-12800CL7D-4GBRM

Can someone tell me what are the best Bios settings for :

Memory Kit:

DDR3 G.Skill Extreme Series RL 4Go ( 2*2 ) PC12800 1600MHz Dual Channel F3-12800CL7D-4GBRM (RPIJAWS Blue)

I've got 2 kits, i.e. 8 Go

Motherboard:

ASUS P7P55D PRO

OS:

Windows 7 64 bits

Start with the stick's base timings, command rate 2T, stock voltage and set tRFC to about 195 (if in nano-seconds) else set it about 88 to start.

Everything is ok, working fine

Something strange: When i first start with older bios, the 8Gb were recognized at first sight but when i've updated to the latest bios, only 4 Gb wre recognized and i have to use the XMP settings.

Now i'ts ok ! No crashes, no freeze during the last days
