F3-16000cl9t-6gbtd with ASRock x58 extreme

All,

Just put together a computer with the following stats:
i7-920 Intel Quad core
Asrock X58 extreme motherboard
Trident 6GB (F3-16000CL9T-6GBTD); looking to add another 6GB later
Radeon X800GT (for now looking to upgrade to Radeon 5770) video card
Dual 7200 rpm 250GB hard drive set up with Raid 0
700 Watt power supply

Would like to get the most of my memory settings, what would you suggest? Would like to overclock to the max without instability; running regular OEM fan. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

DRAM Frequency - 2000

DRAM Timings Control
tCL - 9
tRCD - 9
tRP - 9
tRAS - 24
Command Rate - 2

Memory Voltage - 1.65V

Save and exit.
