for 4 sticks, the loading of memory controller is much heavy
so we only guarantee for 2 dimms in dual channel could run at our rated spec

for your situation, would you like to set the memory voltage to 1.5v?
high voltage may make some memory unstable
    thanks

i've no problem at all to use them @1333MHz or with higher timings, if they really run with those settings. so i'm glad about any proposal.

so i should try to run all 4 sticks @1333Mhz an only 1.5V DRAM Voltage?
what's about the nb voltage and ht link voltage?

I've read anywhere, that upping the voltage of the IMC could also be helpful. but whicht voltage is concerning to the IMC? should be the cpu-nb voltage, right? if so, which voltage to you propose for that?

you could try to increase cpu-nb voltage to 1.4v and memory voltage 1.5v to see if it helps
        thanks

thanks, i'll give that a try tomorrow.

I'll post here again, if i can't get it run stable.

          thanks so far.

it seems, that i got the memory working stable. but i had to switch it to ddr3 1066 (533MHz)
i thought, that the memory should at least run @ 1333MHz.
for running it stable i had to increase the nb-vltage, cpu-nb vdd voltage an dram voltage.

do you think is it at least possible to decrease the timings a bit? cause I'm quite unhappy with 1066MHz and 9-9-9-24 timings.

            regards

we tested this board with its latest 1.7 version BIOS and found it's easier to run DDR3 1600
but we haven't tested with 4 sticks

if you would like to run DDR3 1066, you could set the timing to 7-7-7-18
              thanks

                you're right, two sticks @ 1600MHz isn't a problem at all.
i only get this damn BSOD with 4 modules.

but i will follow your suggestion to decrease my timings
