    os is: xp 64bit sp2

ok so i built my pc back in april and everything worked fine and all 6 gb of ram was recognized but recently( i think ) a few weeks ago a stick of ram died and only 4gb is being recognized now. i really dont know when it died but starting a few weeks ago programs started to run slower when i was running a lot of things and maxing out my ram. i noticed i was using 80+% of my ram when i normally wouldnt be but really wasnt thinking that a stick of ram died.

i tried re-seating all 3 sticks and that didnt help. everything runs really cool and nothing is overclocked and never has been.

if i need to send it back could i send in the stick that is bad or what? dont want to go without a pc for a week or 2 or however long it is, thanks.

You will only need to send in the bad stick and we will replace it with a matching stick.

Please visit our website at http://www.gskill.com/rma.php for complete RMA procedures. You will need to download and complete the RMA Form then email it to rma@gskill.com for an RMA number to return the defective memory stick. If you have any further questions or issues, please feel free to contact us and we will be more than glad to assist you.

    Thank you
