Can try 1866 with base timings of 10-10-10-27, 2T and DRAM voltage at 1.55 to start

You can try DDR3-2133 11-11-11-30 1.60V, then tweak timings and voltage to see what's best.

Maybe try 12-12-12-34 and see how that works. Or you can work your way up frequency to know exactly what the RAM is capable of.
