You do not really understand the true, apparently, I'm just experimenting with timing and just wanted to know what gives the reduction from 1T to 2T. And wanted to know what is best Command Rate 1T or 2T?
By the fact that the specification in SMP1 have the same CP - 1T, and XMP2 - 2T, hence the question - what to choose?

A lower command rate reduces latency, so performance wise CR = 1T is preferable. However the impact is not that big and with quad channel setups CR = 2T might need less tweaking of voltages and timings for absolute stability.
