Which RAM is best?

I can get at the same price these RAM sticks:

Which is best for general usage/gaming/overclocking?

I have an i5 2500k and a MSI P67A-GD53 with the 1.D BIOS so I shouldn't have any compatibility issues.

Of those two sets, I'd say hands down, the Snipers. Reasoning the Snipers are an 1866/CL9 set vs the the RJ X at 2133/CL11, the 2x4 Snipers will generally and easily run 2133 at CL10 with a 2500K, when the P67 first came out I was running 2 of the Sniper sets (16GB total) at 2133 CL10 on my ASRock Fatal1ty with the 2500K (and had numerous builds on P67 with the Snipers. If thinking a 2133 native set, I'd again look at the Snipers, F3-17000CL9D-8GBSR, about $7 more. The Ripjaws X set at CL11 roughly equates to a 1866/CL10 set.
