Compatibilty issues??? P5QC with F3-10600CL9D-8GBNT

I have ASUS P5QC motherboard
with BIOS version 0803 dated to 26/6/2008

I bought F3-10600CL9D-8GBNT

is it compatible?
how should I install the memory?
any voltage/clocking settings I should adjust?

Would suggest updating the BIOS to newest or the one listed as Beta - can be found here:

http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Int...P5QC/#download

Then install, go into BIOS and make sure you base timings are correct per the package specs, same with DRAM voltage and freq (1333)....and make sure the FSB is a minimum of 1333 and give it a whirl
