What are the values to set in the bios of the mother board GIGABYTE GA6MA790GP-UDH4 to obtain it working in CL4-4-4-12 mode instead of CL5-5-5-15 mode present in the SPD, for 400 MHz and F2-6400CL4D-1GBPK memories ?

you could set the main timing and keep the other sub timing default
and make sure your memory voltage is set to 2.0v
