Problem with F2-8500CL5D-4GBPK

Hi

-Model of the motherboard: Gigabyte GA-MA790X-UD4
-Model of the memory: F2-8500CL5D-4GBPK
-Model of the CPU: AMD Phenom II X3 720

-What is the problem?
One of the memory modules doesn't work. If I put only the other module, the system works right, but if I put the wrong module, or if I put the 2 modules together, the system doesn't boot.

I bought the RAM on May 2009, on spain.


I have to send it to RMA?
When I send them, I have to send the both memory modules or only the wrong?

Believe you can just RMA a single stick, will want to contact their RMA folks at (US) rma@gskill.com
