I think it's worth the risk to send it in the regular mail service. I'm sure it will be a slow process.

At best you'll have a replacement in 3-4 weeks. At worst your mail service will lose it - in which case you can put the $45 you would have spent on a courier service towards the purchase of a replacement.

    Just my 2 cents worth.

    WD Black 640Gb x2 RAID0 - Apps and Programs
WD Black 1Tb backup and storage
    Corsair TX950W
Water cooling - Swiftech and DangerDen

Yes, I'll have to go to the post office to get the pricing. On their website they only let you calculate the courier service (CorreosChile) and the price is US$35. this is 3 < lead time < 10 days. The cheapest is 10 < lead time < 20 days, but can't get pricing online.

      Best Regards, Felipe.

Just go with the cheaper one, but insure it. Even if it takes longer, our shipping to you should be faster, so that would probably be most efficient.

        Thank you

          Hi again,

Now that I have more time available I want to go forward with the RMA procedure and send the dead memory stick. Can you tell me what's the recommended procedure? I have seen a RMA section, should I just post my case there? I think I have to fill a document and so...

Hope you can lead me in the right direction.

          Thank you.

          Best Regards, Felipe.
