F2-8500CL5D-4GBPI-B Issues

Okay i have issues with my Current RAM *F2-8500CL5D-4GBPI-B* i have an Asus P5Q-E Motherboard and at 1066Mhz the system won't post i mean the computer turning on and working but it doesn't make BEEP and i have to take disconnect the power cable from the PSU and connect it back to get computer to post and then i can only boot when I'm using Default Settings in BIOS, when i try put the DRAM Frequency to 1066Mhz and v2.10 voltage after it reboot the system won't post. Dunno what happen it worked well but now don't know what happened it just won't post at 1066Mhz and 2.1v voltage....
Help me please.

Test one module at a time to see if one may be defective. Also, make sure they are installed in the correct slots. Should be A1 B1.

They are installed on the A1 B1 (First and third slot).
