Gigabyte P35-DS3R / F2-6400CL4D-2GBHK BSOD

After a slight increase in number of BSODs, I decided to finally run memtest and see if one of the memory modules needs to be replaced. I tested each stick individually and noticed one returning errors. Does this signify the RAM module needs to be RMA?

Hardware goes as follows:
CPU: Intel Q6600
RAM: F2-6400CL4D-2GBHK
MOBO:Gigabyte P35-DS3R

Yes, if you have the settings correct in BIOS and it still throws errors, simply send them in for new replacements.
