i have this ram http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231166 it is right now running 1051 at 5-5-5-15 i want to know the best setttings to make it scream can it do 4-4-4?? if so what is best settings for everything, this is on a abit ip35pro motherboard and a q9400 quad thanks

You will probably need to lower frequency, then it should be able to run 4-4-4-12 timings. Start from DDR2-900 and work your way up to see how high it can go with 2.00V.

well i see other settings whats the best settings besides the main 4 ? ill stay at 1051 5-5-5-15 but there probably is other settings that will make it run faster?

Do you have the DRAM Voltage set to 2.10V? You should have no problem with DDR2-1100 5-5-5-15.
Post up pictures of the BIOS and I can see what you may have set incorrectly. Also, make sure you have the latest BIOS.

Set tWR 8, Command Rate 2, and you should be able to increase the frequency higher.
