Very odd I'd have to say...

What is your bus clock in CPU-z? The memory divider is correct...

      Thank you

In CPU-z it shows 2048Mhz instead of 3.7Mhz which is in Bios.

In Control Panel it shows right as in Bios. I believe CPU-Z doesn't show correct numbers maybe

Is my Bios memory settings correct? What might be went wrong? Please advise.

        Thank you!

CPU-z may show 2048 because you have stepping on. If you open a program, it should jump back up.

The problem is bus speed at 333, your system is not taking the 418 overclock... which is odd.

Are my memory settings right? Why is the 408 Mhz for RAM which supposed to be 800Mhz?

                  No, DDR is double data rate. So 408MHz x 2 = DDR2-816

                  DDR2-1000 should show ~500MHz

                  Thank you

Please take a look. Any suggestions? Multiplier in Bios is 9 but in CPU-z is x6

Also, could you please suggest if the tCFR 63 is correct? This is the maximum in my BIOS but you've suggested 80 for the 4 sticks. Thank you!

tRFC can only be 63 because your motherboard was originally made for DDR2-800 max. Also, the reason why CPU Ratio is lower is because the system is not active, once you run a program it should jump back to x9.

                          Thank you
