[Freezes] F2-8500CL5D-4GBPK with Asus p5qc

Hello everyone. I bought g.skill's ram about 6 months ago and I was very happy to have a system that could run vista and 7 without problems. but then, sometimes when windows is booting, or when windows is running normally, the computer freezes and I cant?move the mouse or pressing ctrl+alt+del. of course,n the only option avaible is "reset" button .
So I tested the rams with memtest and they didn?t passed the test. I removed one stick and then another and continue to sometimes freezed. What i learned about this situation is in the bios, i chaged some timigs and it was a little better but not yet finished.
So please G.Skill i need your help please im beggin you

my computer:
G.Skill F2-8500CL5D-4GBPK 1066mhz
asus p5qc
Intel Quad Core 6600 G0
Nvidia Geforce 9800gtx+

Make sure memory voltage is set to 2.10V. Memory timings should be tCL 5 - tRCD 5 - tRP 5 - tRAS 15 - CMD 2. Use memtest to see if it will throw errors. If it still does, you may have a bad stick that needs to be replaced.
