Gigabyte GA-X79-UD5 & i73930K compatibility

I am purchasing the Gigabyte GA-X79-UD5 mother board with a i7-3930k with the Noctua NH-D14 CPU cooler and I was wondering what RAM you would recommend. I see Model F3-2400C10Q-32GTX and Model F3-2133C9Q-32GTX at the same price, is one better than the other or should I consider a different model?

If the same price, I'd go with the 2400 Tridents - do keep in mind though that the 3930K may not be able to carry the full 32GB at 2400, have seen some that can, but the majority seem to top at at 2133 w/ 4, eight GB sticks...Even if it tops at 2133/CL( for the full 32, you still are to a degree future-proofing in the event you go with a higher CPU or that you will have 2400 sticks available if you branch out to a different or newer platform
