Exclamation RMA from Lebanon...

Hi..

My rig:
-Core 2 Quad Q6600 G0 @ 3.2GHz - 1600MHz FSB 400 x 8.0
-Gskill RipjawsX F3-12800CL6D-4GBXH "X.M.P profile 6-8-6-24-2N"
-Asus Rampage Extreme X48
-Gigabyte Odin 800w (Quad Rails totaling 62A@12v+)

My Location: Lebanon, Middle East

I've bought Gskill Ripjaws X Series F3-12800CL6D-4GBXH Dualchannel kit in April 27 2011 and delivered May 6 2011 from MemoryC/AMAZON , and experienced lots of BSOD's and errors with this kit..

I've sent an E-Mail to Gskill's tech-support and they said that my motherboard will not hold on stable if I'm using 1600mhz RAM !

Asus Rampage Extreme X48 was designed to handle even 2000mhz RAM !!

Also they recommend to run the memory @ 1.65v "default is 1.5v" on my motherboard with one of the following settings to get it stable @ 1600mhz:

"testing each stick alone"
1st option:
* FSB Termination Voltage = 1.3
* Northbridge Voltage = 1.45v
* Memory Voltage = 1.65v
* Timings = 6-8-6-24 2N "default"

and if it fails, try this:
2nd option:
* FSB Termination Voltage = 1.3
* Northbridge Voltage = 1.45v
* Memory Voltage = 1.65v
* Timings = 7-8-7-24 2N"

I did that and found that one stick did run stable @ 1600mhz 6-8-6-24-2N with 1.65v "the first option they recommend" and it did pass "MemTest for Windows" 1 hour test but I still get BSOD's sometimes, the second stick is totally unstable and even cant run windows easily and it still get lots of errors in "MemTest for Windows" even with the second option they recommend @ CL7 1600mhz or 1333mhz or 1066 or whatever I did...

I've sent and E-Mail to MemoryC for a replacement and they did provide me RMA number but when I went to ARAMEX to send it but found that it will cost me 49$ for shipping from Lebanon to USA or Ireland "MemoryC HQ" !

I've check with FeDEX & UPS also and all are 50$+, so I've sent another email to MemoryC for help and they told me to contact Gskill directly to solve this..

50$ for shipping + Customes and VAT again for the replacement

So, how to send it for a replacement ? please help..

This kit is blazing fast and I want them but need a replacement..
