With two sets would go with the 160 tRFC, in CPU-Z it shows the freq they are running - here 803.6, so keeping in mind it's DDR3 (DOUBLE Data Rate then 803.6 x 2 + 1607.2 or give or take 1600. As far as the 800 vs 667 in CPU-Z, guessing that came from the Max Banwidth window of the SPD tab, which is labeled rather erroneously, that window actually shows the default boot parameters from the SPD, or the timings/settings used for initial install...the earlier sticks were when most all mobos defaulted to 1333 for the initial install, most have moved up to a default of 1600 - see my info thread here:

Pls offer comments on support I provide, HERE, in order to help me do a better job here:

Ok, but does this mean that the memory runs in the 1600 mode? What about the timings, do I need to change anything else besides the tRFC to 160?

The following values are shown in Bios for the Auto and SPD columns when the 1600 mode is set and everything else in Auto:

      CL: Auto -11 ; SPD -9T
      tRCD: Auto -11T; SPD -9T
      tRP: Auto -11T; SPD -9T
      tRAS: Auto -29T; SPD -24T
      CR -2T
      TwTr: Auto -6T; SPD -5T
      tRFC0: Auto -110ns; SPD -110ns
      tRFC2: Auto - 160ns; SPD -160ns
      tRFC1: Auto -110ns; SPD -110ns
      tRFC3: Auto -160ns; SPD -160ns
Write Recovery Time: Auto -12T; SPD -10T
Precharge Time: Auto -6T; SPD -5T
Row Cycle Time: Auto -40T; SPD -33T
RAS to RAS Delay: Auto -5T; SPD -4T

      Thank you

AUTO values look good, you can manually set them, but the first four timings should be 9-9-9-24 for your memory. Manually input all the values then you should be ready to go.
