Not completely sure if I have it dialed in completely. Boots great and runs pretty snappy but an occasional BSOD makes me nervous.

Looks pretty good. Not sure what the BSODs are, but might simply look to raise DRAM, NB VID or CPU voltage just a touch (prob no more than .02 on any of them...Might start with CPU VID and if still get them, then drop back and try RAM else CPU....if you catch the BSOD error code, let us know

Hard to nail down the BSOD's since I run SSD with no pagefile. It could also be running a G15 with all my temps on keyboard it could be polling the mobo enough to cause instability. When I get my Antec 920 Kuhler I will bump up the v's a bit to see if it runs a few passes of prime95 (2 hours at least blend test)

thats 4ghz with the memory set at 2000mhz and running smooth so far. I have tons of airflow in this case so its pretty safe. I might try pushing the cpu more at a later time but Im pleased with this so far.

Made a slight change after getting 4.279ghz. The ram setting 110ns ---> 160ns! Seems to slow it down just enough to remain stable under the heaviest of loads.

I think all I lack in this build is a 1200w PSU. 850w rides the line with an SLI config and a bulldozer.

850 might be marginal depending on the make/model, when you look at PSUs make sure whatever is advertised i.e. 850 is not the MAX load (many PSUs adverise this way) but is basically the normal load, an 850 max may be more like a 700 normal load

I am late to provide good input, but I have to say you did a great job, I will move this to Overclocking section because it has very good info people can use.

With this memory kit, it is probably better to raise frequency instead of lower timing, as you have done. Especially with your CPU OC, the high DRAM frequency should benefit nicely.

Still no BSOD

Summertime and I dropped the multiplier to 4.0ghz and one notch down on cpuV.

Don't really have to with air conditioned house but I'm a stickler on load temps.

Ran fine even with the liquid at 42c would say that on a super cold day with the windows open I could pull a 5.0ghz for testing with these results.
