It just dont work when i try overclock.

then it should be memory controller issue
but it is integrated in CPU now

I tried the new 0506 bios. Still no Command Rate setting and wont overclock.

I tried the new 0512 bios. Still no Command Rate setting and wont overclock over 225mhz cpu/ht reference when memory is 533mhz divider.
