I'd check the CPU install, make sure no lint, thermal compound, etc on bottom of CPU or in socket, also check for bent/broken pins.....Could be the CPU just can't carry the load - the 8350 is rated up to 1866 (though that was done with 2 sticks (rated to 1 stick per channel at 1866) and those were 4 GB sticks)...Could also be bad mobo or even a bad stick, could try running Memtest on each stick individually and see if any test bad. Have seen some get the FX CPUs to run 32GB at 1600 and a couple at 1866 (but extremely few)

Pls offer comments on support I provide, HERE, in order to help me do a better job here:

Did all of the above. Everything seems to be OK. Just have no way of seeing its the motherboard. The first two setting on my voltage I don't know what to exactly set them at.

Still no go. Do I leave the first two settings at auto?

Could try upping the CPU/NB just a bit more

I don't have a specific CPU/NB setting on my bios.

The NB that I mentioned earlier (sorry, most AMD mobos refer to it as CPU/NB, just a force of habit to call it that)

Looks like I need to make a choice of running two sticks only. How far can I push the voltage on some of these settings?

On the DRAM I'd say 1.6 to 1.64, NB I try and stay at 1.4 or lower (but many have gone higher), big thing is just to monitor temps.

I think I'm beat. Don't know what else to try.

Please post pictures of BIOS so we can take a look. Everything is compatible, so it is strange you are having problems.

                        Thank you

In the first picture, you should only need to change DRAM Voltage. Everything else can be AUTO.

In the second picture, change tRC 42, tRRD 6, tWTR 7, tWR 14, tWL 8, tRTP 7, tFAW 24

Keep us posted on the result.

                            Thank you

Might try the same as above NB voltage 1.3, tRFC 278, tFAW 26 and maybe CAS Latency 10
